Horrible, scam experience with monthly parking. They gave me a ticket while I had a monthly parking account, they didn't provide the info I needed about monthly parking, including where to park, and one employeer told me I got the ticket because I have to move my car everyday for at least 15. Worst part is they wouldn't cancel my account and made me pay for another month. Highly recommend going with anyone else for monthly parking
Like all things downtown this is an expensive place to park.
