No loyalty to customers who park on a daily basis. One incident where my phone was dead, their machines didn't spit out the receipt after I was done paying for parking so I hoped for the best. Ended up getting a ticket, and I called to explain the circumstance and they were nothing but unhelpful. Not the first time, I park at school 5 days a week everyday since September - which they get lots of $$ from but they can't fix their own problem of the machine not working.
