Dishonest and no professionalism. Went for lunch to a nice establishment and registered my plate. When I got back to my vehicle a ticket was there waiting for me. The hostess of the restaurant was great to deal with and took care of the situation unlike Impark who doesn't want to accept any responsibility for any wrong doing but rather put you on hold and try to redirect you to their website. Unfortunately, my parking lot moved over to Impark. To sign up, I was required to call in (no online option). The correspondence I had was filled with typos and incorrect information. Upon signing up, they gave me the the password "welcome" for my new account, which they're giving to other new accounts, which is highly insecure that they're using the same password for all new accounts. As well, they're almost definitely storing credit card numbers on file (rather than with a secure vendor like Stripe).
Just the worst people in the world to deal with at the Saskatoon Office. Mean, rude, and not helpful at all. Should be fired.
