BUYER BEWARE! Placed an order and waited over a month in hopes my order would be shipped. They never listed their product as back ordered. I spoke with them on the phone and I was promised a ship date by the end of the week which never happened. They DO NOT return your phone calls. Recieved a nasty email from Keith the following week after I requested a refund through a PayPal claim. would give negative stars if possible. customer service non existent. does not return calls. charged for one item their own packing slip shows was never shipped, but they won't allow a refund. what? most people consider that theft. here's a thought, put some of that money you spend on telling us what a great company you are, into building a customer service dept and actually becoming a great company. i won't hold my breath.

On January 30, 2019 I placed an order for a convertible top. As of today (11/4/2019), I have still not received it. I have called and spoken to someone on two different occasions only to not have my calls returned, sent a "contact form" from their website at least twice, and today alone I've sat on hold for a total of thirty-three minutes looking for answers. Do not give them any money because that’s all you are doing. I ordered an interior kit that cost over $2,400.00 waited 12 weeks and finally cancelled the order only to find out they will not refund any money. Only thing I know to do now is pay them a visit!! BBB has been useless so far.

Very poor customer service, I ordered something online and paid for 2nd day air and wasn't delivered until week later, then the OnTrac delivery company delivered to another address and I never received it. I demanded a full refund from Impala Bob's and they said they would not refund all of it. That makes no sense as I didn't select OnTrac to deliver the item and I did not receive. As a side note, I ordered the same item on Ebay and received cheaper and in three days with FREE delivery.

Poor customer service. No call back. Paid for sun visors October 22. 2016. After two weeks I called them. They stated the ball had gotten dropped because it was an Internet order. Two more weeks after they said they would call me And did not. They said the vendor dropped the ball. I decided to wait and after all this I ended up waiting two months and finally asked for a refund after learning they still had not filled the order and it was because I called them not because they called me! Absolutely negligent of his business practices. SSBC Performance Brake Systems was stung $4,000.00 by Impala Bob's. Told us they were out of business. Talked to a few people in the industry, has this track record. Since 2010!!!!
