Aline , CPAP specialist, is stupendous ! Very knowlegable, courteous, efficient , encouraging and friendly!
I happened to have a great time during my setup process. Being new to CPAP, Aline was very professional and straight forward. Aline explained everything I need to know about my CPAP. - From showing how all the parts connect, to cleaning, to how often my supplies should be replaced. I was grateful that she took the time with the mask fitting. I would have had a hard time adjusting the mask if I had to do it on my own at home. Paperwork was simple and easy process.
