This practice has been a genuine God-send. Elizabeth and Kimi - both angels on earth who listen to the whole picture and don’t rush through appointments. So blessed to have found them and would recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs help navigating mental health. Everyone deserves a team rallying behind them to feel like the best and healthiest version of themselves - and this is it! Impak exceeds all expectations. Very grateful.
I saw Kimi and had a really positive experience. She took her time, listened carefully, and made me feel truly heard. I never felt rushed, and her approach was very thorough. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for thoughtful and attentive care.
As someone who has been seeing different psych providers over the last decade or so, I am always hesitant about trying something new; I've had a lot of subar experiences in the past. I decided to try Impak at the reccomendation of my therapist, and Impak has been such a refreshing change. I've been seeing Kimi for a couple months now, she has been incredibly knowledgeable and empathetic. Most importantly, I feel listened too, and well informed. Would definitely reccomend. Well worth the drive from Philly. :)
Kimi is absolutely wonderful. Compassionate, knowledgeable and caring! I felt heard. I will definitely see her again if I ever need to.
