This was the rudest phone call, I had somebody break into my house though a dual sliding door, so I just needed to have the one slider Permanently locked and they would not help me unless they sold me a whole new door the only way they do that kind of services with their own doors and then the woman just hung up on me I would never use this company and not recommend if this is the service they give when somebody needs some help, She suggested I call Home Depot or Lowe’s to come out and help fix the door really everybody know... read more
