For those of you who live in SW Florida, I must caution you to avoid business with Impact Storm Protection (ISP) which is owned by Eric Crews. In October of 2021 I signed a contract to have hurricane resistant sliding glass doors and windows installed on two lanais of a condominium. The doors and windows were installed in July 2022. Paid $12000 4 months ago and nothing is done and not able to get them to communicate. Definite disaster!
I called the office for service, and within a few hours they were there - so very happy!
