Would rate 0 if I could. Meant to write this a long time ago but we used Impact in April to redo our floors, install some light fixtures, and paint our walls. While we hit some hiccups that were out of their control (floors needing extra leveling, paint color misunderstanding), the entire team was extremely hard to get a hold of, took 3 times longer than they originally projected, and went far far over budget.
