Impact remodeling was quick to sell us cheap, poor quality windows and not stand behind their satisfaction guarantee. Please do your homework and get the installation procedure in writing. We couldn't be more unhappy with these replacement windows.
I had a new roof installed on my house by Impact Remodeling. Their customer service is 5 star. From beginning to end they were in constant contact to make sure everything was OK. The crew arrived early and finished late. The materials used were top notch.Removing a roof is a messy project. My only complaint would be the crew could have been neater as some landscaping was damaged. Anthony the project manager came out the next day to check the job. Didn't show up for window appointment. If you are looking for new windows pick a company who at least wants business and will show up. I set aside time in my busy schedule to meet with them but they didn't show up. Be careful when hiring this business as since they won't show up for an appointment and therefore do not want new business.
We had windows installed by them this week. The seals of our windows were pretty much all broken and several were very drafty. The installation was done very well. I have a hard time to see how they will be drafty one day since there is an adequate amout of caulking. I do not understand the one star reviews here. Amazing "end-to-end" service. Extremely satisfied with the windows and installation (flawless). We got a great service experience with the sales rep. and crew performing installation.
