The sales pitch to sell the windows was outstanding. The install took almost a year before they got everything completed. Their return to fix issues or even return phone calls is almost non-existent. Next steps....... contact my attorney! Highly suggest to find another company.

Andy, the owner of Impact Ready Glass came out to my house to give me an estimate for 4 hurricane glass sliders and frame work. We discussed everything I wanted. Andy gave me his opinion on things and gave me an estimate for the cost. I had 5 other estimates from other companies. I went with Impact Ready because Andy was a perfect gentleman, was truthful with me and worked with me on the cost. Two workers from the company did the install. Took 1 1/2 days. We were very pleased with all aspect of this project: our interaction with the sales force, the project manager, the quality of the product and the installation, the expertise of the workforce and our communication with their office support staff. Impact Ready Glass proved to be professionals all the way through. We will continue to recommend them to our friends and neighbors.
We have been desperately chasing this company since we signed the contract in 2020, it’s now September 2023. Granted, we signed during Covid (summer of 2020) but COVID is now long gone…On the upside, the quality of the product is good but unfortunately other issues like responsiveness and following through are equally important to clients.
