I have spent the last several months trying to establish care with Impact and in that time I have had one meeting with a talk therapy provider. I have had appointments cancelled without notice and after calling to reschedule and writing down all the info for the next appointment as I speak to them on the phone, they schedule me for another day at a time when I am not ever available. I am 51 years old, and I have been going to Impact since February 2021 and have had just two separate clinics while there. (So I haven't been passed off from one to another). Over the course of my life, I have had a grip of different psychiatric clinicians. And I will say that during my tenure here,. This is a garbage excuse for a psychiatric care facility. If you would like you or your family to suffer through withdrawals from medications that they have prescribed and had run out. Go here, non narcotic by the way.... You or your family will suffer beyond what you can imagine, they will bring the pain to your doorstep and act like it's your fault. You have been warned, go to a real psychiatric care facility!!!!!!
This is a garbage excuse for a psychiatric care facility! If you would like you or your loved ones to suffer through medication withdrawals from medication that they prescribed ( Non narcotic by the way) go here this company will bring the horror to your doorstep. I would never have even given them one star. This place should not be in business!!!!!!
I asked them to leave me alone. End of, zero contact regardless of what the situation is. They absolutely refuse to leave me alone. I even explained how triggering contact from them was for me and they dont care. I feel harassed and I feel like my boundaries dont matter to them. They even went to far as to start sending me physical mail when I blocked emails from them. I just want to move on with my life and they wont stop contacting me. I feel so harrassed. 0 stars. I missed an appointment and wanted to talk to my provider before scheduling another appointment. They refused. They harrassed me for payment and then I paid and asked to speak to my provider. They said "i can only relay the message". I informed them I am taking expired anti depressents because I dont have any left and still havent heard from my provider. Apparently, according to the psychiatrist I was seeing and another person at another place, I have severe ADHD. I was going there to get diagnosed and treated as a second opinion about the ADHD and right out of the gate they make you sign a contract stating that if you are late/no-show 3 times then they kick you from the program. Anyone that knows anything about ADHD will know how detrimental this can be to treatment as one of the struggles people with ADHD have is keeping track of time and attendance.
