Couldn’t say enough wonderful things about Impact Properties! I’ve had the pleasure of working with several of their agents and each one seems to go above and beyond for those they work with. They also bring a high level of trust, friendship, stewardship, and value to each situation they are presented with. The people at Impact Properties seem to have a love of helping others and take great pride in doing so.
We bought a home recently and the sellers were represented by Impact Properties. The escrow officer is also employed by Impact Properties, and that should have been a red flag to us from the beginning. The closing process was so painful because the escrow officer and her team were so incompetent and not proactive with simple issues on the deed that they should have been able to spot.
