Awful all the way around. Do not use this company. The first CS Representative I spoke with was okay so I agreed and paid for a two time application. The first Service Representative arrived on the scheduled date and things seemed okay. A few days later I noticed bugs and thought they would disappear after the second application. The company I work for uses Turner Pest Control, and the technician that came out, Orlando, was professional and friendly. He is not our typically scheduled technician, and was just subbing for the day, and still, excellent service was provided. I highly recommend.
The service is great. You pay quarterly and they visit quarterly but they come at a moment’s notice whenever you see one bug which has been rare. No more ghost ants. No sign of termites. So then I fired my mom’s exterminator and hired Turner to help her as well. She was inundated with ghost ants and Turner took care of her infestation within days. They are gone after just one week. Great service.
They came out and do not know what to do.they do not do the job .they are not professional we still have ants and bugs and termite and they're not doing the job you're supposed to do and that we paid for.
