The most unprofessional business and even worse customer service so unorganized and incompetent! Never using turner pest control again, this has been nothing short of a headache! unfortunately I need a termite pretreatment final for newly constructed house as they did the first treatment.
I own a vacation home in Sarasota where I come every three months. Originally I signed up with "Fahey! Pest and Lawn Solution" in 2018 as a Company with excellent reviews that gave me some peace of mind. In 2022, after "Fahey" changed ownership to become "Turner Pest Control", quality of service immediately went down. Up until now we were happy with their service. We requested assistance on an Armadillo problem. For $400 bucks they set the trap and told us they would check it every day . All they did was a 30-60 sec call question "is the animal in the trap", after 5 days nothing. What a crock! Don't waste your money! In my opinion I would suggest you use other less expensive ways to rid the menace.
