I can't say enough great things about Dewey Nielsen and Impact. He is incredibly knowledgable, clearly passionate, and very cutting edge for the fitness and movement industry. The value of the membership goes far beyond the time you spend in the gym because you are inspired to grow in many more ways than just physical. If you want your body to change, and you either: don't know where to start or have tried everything else, be at Impact. I'm in a similar industry and have MAD respect for Dewey and his team.
