With the most amazing bedside manner ever, Dr. Richardson remains the ever knowledgeable, professional, and personable individual he's always been. The VA sent me out for care with Dr. Richardson; thankfully, a couple of years ago and here I am again in 2025, happy to return. I would have been a customer but the girl who answered the phone was very rude. She told me that they didn't do orthotics but according to the website they clearly do. When I told her I had a prescription written from my Ortho surgeon she said well I'm just the receptionist and we don't do that.
