Wife and I were involved in a vehicle crash. I had a strained shoulder, she had two broken ribs. TGH Urgent Care referred us to Impact Medical. They did nothing for my wife. Why she was referred to them, their specialty being Chiropractic was beyond me. She doesn’t need a Chiropractor! Instead they set her up with a Physical Therapist who didn’t do anything other than a zoom appointment. My wife was supposed to get a work note but they dropped the ball on that as well.
