Our 6 year old boy has been incredibly engaged and he really enjoys classes. We come two times a week now, sometimes three. He’s learning life skills as well, such as how to conduct himself outside the dojo. Master Doss and Jamie have been fantastic and are truly focused on the kids. Our 11 year old daughter watched our son for a month or so, and with no push from us, said she wanted in to train with Master Doss. Impact Martial Arts has been an incredible experience! Ezra (our 8 year old) fell in love on day 1 and is excited to show us and practice what he has learned in each class. Mr. Doss is a natural with the kids! He instills confidence, respect and discipline while still making every class fun! My son (6) has been going for 7 months and he absolutely loves it! Master Doss is a phenomenal teacher and is kind of a living legend within Karate and martial arts in the US. Great balance of fun, discipline, exercise and skills. (I might join the adults class the way things are going😅). His assistant Ms Jamie is super helpful and friendly and along with the other students, student-helpers and parents goes a long way to make it a friendly little community. My 5 year old recently joined a karate class, and it's been an incredible experience. The instructors are highly skilled and very patient, making sure everyone understands the techniques. Each class starts with a thorough warm-up, which really helps in preventing injuries. The sessions are well-structured, focusing on different aspects like kata, sparring, and self-defense techniques.
