Impact Health and Spine Centers has definitely helped me overcome debilitating pain and discomfort, caused by a ruptured disc. I have been using chiropractic as an alternative to surgery and I'm so glad I did. The results have been beyond my expectations. I was in big trouble! I had a very difficult time doing anything. I was very active and played a lot of tennis and basketball every week. Then it hit me very suddenly over the course of a day. I first saw Dr. Lonergan in the fall of 2012, after 9 years of back and neck pain. I had seen 30+ medical professionals that included chiropractors, surgeons, physical therapists, massage therapists, pain management specialists, etc. and no one had an answer for my issues.
