They have great variety of guns. And the customer service is awesome.
This was my first time here, at first I wasn't so sure, I'd never shot before, but I talked to Jacob and he was really friendly and understanding, he didn't try and brush me off like most people have because I didnt know even the basics. He helped me go over some basics, safety, how to load, fix a jam, how to aim, stand and shoot on a 22. He stood by me for my first 10 shots and helped correct some of my beginner errors. When their rules are harder than the federal government about the background check that is BS. Also some of the staff are rude. The lady in the office has a attitude that give the air of “I have other things to do besides selling you a $1000 gun.” Go to Independence they are so much more pleasant to deal with.

Our rules are governed by the federal government as well as our lawyers. when you have a firearm business our lawyers tell us how we can or can not proceed. Terrible service. We were not asked once for help until we went up to someone. When we finally got some help they were rude and disrespectful when we asked questions. I would not recommend going there if you need questions answered due to the lack of respect we received there.
