I can’t say enough good things about this gym; the staff, the equipment, the layout, the atmosphere- it’s incredibly worthy of a 5 star review. The attention to detail from the cleanliness to the flow of the various rooms and a full range of machines/free weights provides ample space and plenty of options to do a complete workout no matter what your program looks like. When it comes to gyms in the Biddeford area, for me, there is only one choice! Whenever I'm in town, I always go to Impact and if I lived in Biddeford, I would no doubt get my membership there! Clean, friendly, progressive, great hours, and great staff, resources, and program offerings! When it comes to Scott Fleurant, there is no one I'd rather support!
If you are looking for a gym in Biddeford, you can stop your search. As someone who has bounced around from gym to gym for about 15 years in the Portland/greater Southern Maine area, this is by far the most well run and thoughtful curated gym I have encountered. A really great gym. It has a bunch of neat equipment that big box gyms don't have. It's spacious without ever feeling too crowded. The staff are friendly and there is a sense that everyone knows everyone there. It's a special little place.
Impact is the best gym in Biddeford. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. There is an abundance of space for people to workout. Scott (the owner) has a passion for fitness that shows this gym is not just a business to him.
