During our week vacation in Gulf Shores, i went to multiple gyms. Impact Fitness is the only gym i went to multiple times and will be the only gym going forward. I met Jason and his wife while in the facility. They are down to earth people who want to run their gym, empower the community and see you succeed. I’m happy that i found Jason and Impact Fitness. See ya next summer!

What a nice gym! Everything you need to crush a workout. Whether you live here or get a day pass like I did, come visit impact! Great facility, wonderful staff, and fantastic equipment.

I’ve been visiting my mom in Foley and wanted to find a place to workout while in town. I’m so glad I found Impact Fitness. You never know how the vibe will be as a day-passer, but the team at IF could not have been more friendly. This is a place where you can get serious work in, but also has a great community feel. It is so much better than any commercial gym you’ll find. Highly, highly recommended for people of all fitness levels.

My boyfriend and I were in town for the Sand in my Boots festival and found this gym to work out at. We loved this gym so much! We wish there was something near us in Florida that had a gym like yours. We were so comfortable and very at home. When we come back in town, we will definitely be coming back for more than a day!
