So unlike most, I haven’t been to the gym in Foley. However, I’m a long distance client. I am a retired Fireman who was hurt on the job. Jason has created my workouts within my mobility issues that have allowed me to come to a level of fitness I haven’t had since I retired 6 years ago. I absolutely love this gym. Jason and Andrea are truly top-notch. They’re incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely care about the people they work with. Their understanding of both fitness and nutrition is outstanding, and they do a great job making everything practical and relatable. The atmosphere is what really sets this place apart. My gym Small and friendly
Awesome gym! Jason is very knowledgeable and has helped me tremendously with my recovery from a VERY bad spinal cord injury. The gym itself is clean, well lit, and their equipment is very nice. I highly recommend joining Impact Fitness. You won't be disappointed!
Very clean facilities and equipment! Easy people to work with and they care about what you are doing. Free weights and machines hit all the major areas as well the cardio equipment. Found everything I needed in a friendly environment. Great job folks!
