The best gym in Central MA hands down, great equipment, amazing staff, friendly members and comfortable for people of all ages and abilities. Get fit in a supportive environment with the knowledge to guide you to your goals.
Very nice gym. Has very good equipment. The only gym I know that has 200 pound dumbbells (not that I even touch it). They make protein shakes, and they make pre workout. Sometimes they would help other businesses and have the business be promoted in the front of the gym for when people walk in. One time they had free 15 minute massages which was very nice. This is hands down one of the best gyms in Massachusetts, I love there equipments and the fact that it is 24 hours, I just wish I lived closer to this gym, but overall it's great 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾🏆🏆🏆
