Terrible experience. Had a building that needed fire extinguishers replaced. Impact Fire missed appointments, didn't have equipment when they came out second time to replace (after initial inspection). Dealt with Melissa from Queens Office. Doesn't even return calls and had to chase her for answers and to get follow up appointments. Will never deal with again. Went with another company and am very happy.
Horrible experience still not resolved a year later. Tech came to inspect fire extinguishers and replace one. The tech gave us pricing before he started and when we told him we didn’t want to pay for all new extinguishers, just to inspect, he said don’t worry we will only charge you for 1 and a fuel charge. When he was done he wanted me to sign something but wouldn’t let me read it or tell me what it was. I got suspicious so I asked for a breakdown of the invoice I’d be receiving first.
