Impact Fire is our condo building's vendor for fire protection services & fob access technology. They're fantastic! Filled with a team who problem solves, communicates efficiently, & gives a shit. Our previous vendors for fire protection & fob access were impossible to get ahold of, made us miss our back flow testing deadline for the city, & never followed through. I worked with Ray and his team on a very large project for a community that I manage in Downtown Denver that was delayed due to inaction from their previous management company. With a very tight deadline prior to permit expiration, Ray and his team were efficient, on schedule and communicative of their needs as to not delay the project. They also helped out was a situation that we wouldn't have caught if they were not there. Thank you for the great collaboration on this project!
