Impact Fire has been servicing my semi annual kitchen inspections for close to 2 years now. My last inspection was in May and I am still just so delighted with the young man who came to complete the service. I did not catch his last name but he said his first name was Luke. He was very well mannered and kindly answered any questions I had regarding my ansul system. Seeing young adults like him take their careers seriously and chase their passions give me hope for the future.

Called them a week ago asking for a simple extinguisher inspection quote. Multiple emails and calls and still don't have a quote. Guess they don't need the business. Choose a different company if you want to value your time.
