Very poor experience with these guys. Very unprofessional.
This was a great company when we first signed on. Now WE have to remind them when we are due for inspections, they argue with us about coming out for service and tried to charge an emergency fee for the middle of the work day(we are right around the corner! I could literally walk to their shop.) Then charged us $55 for fuel?? I'm not sure what happened to this place but customer service is TERRIBLE now. We found somebody local and actually interested in helping their customers.
Learned of them after another business shut down and consolidated. Sean and team are the best in the extinguisher dept. Fair pricing on walk in inspections and make it easy when it comes time to exchange after units have reached service life/need overhaul. Would continue to do business with them.
