I would give this company zero stars if I could. They promised a quick and efficient solar panel installation, but absolutely nothing went according to plan. They were consistently late, made false promises about timelines, and failed to deliver on almost every aspect of the job. I was told the system would be up and running within a few weeks, but here I am months later with no working solar panels and no communication from the company. Impact Energy has been super friendly and helpful throughout or install process. Alex was our sales representative and thoroughly explained everything we needed for solar. She consistently answered questions quickly and was incredibly friendly! We needed a section of roof replaced and they helped us work through the whole insurance process. Mackenzie was communicative and made sure the work was done right! Once the install was complete, Troy helped us get set up with the solar monitoring software. I went Solar with Alex Rodwell, she was amazing to work with. Come to find out they didn’t pay her for all of her hard work and helping me through the process.. I find it terribly disrespectful to treat their reps that way. Makes me wonder if they are going out of business.? If I could leave a 0 star I would because she was great. I hope they right this wrong. Otherwise don’t trust this company!!!
This company has let us down every step of the way. Overpromised and under delivered to the fullest. The installation timeline was slow and they’ve since had to come back twice for follow up work. Our rep, Alex, is literally the only reason we continued with this company. We knew she gave us the best customer service she could. Shoutout to Alex, genuinely a great person and gave it her all despite the negligence of the company.
Whole process was nice & easy, Alex was awesome! They were with me the throughout the entire process to answer any questions I had, and the inspection and installation happened right on time! Would highly recommend!
