And then there was light…Exceptional service from engagement to installation. Jonah and James were fantastic on the job. We had over 50 downlights, pendant lights, new sockets installed, and everything was done with care and professionalism. A job very well done and appreciated. No fuss, extremely reliable and very tidy. Would definitely recommend Impact.

I called Sam this morning about a power point issue and a light switch. He was very pleasant and helpful, despite my stuffing up what I needed doing. Communication was great, and he managed to slot us in when Jonah had a bit of extra time, and by 2pm this afternoon it was all fixed. Very impressive, and I will certainly be using them again if the need arises.

I recently had the mains power upgraded from the street to my house. The customer service i received from Impact Electrical was second to none. They were careful to make sure the dogs stayed safe whenever doors were open... read more
