I recently had the mains power upgraded from the street to my house. The customer service i received from Impact Electrical was second to none. From the very start ,the entire team were reliable and honest, getting the job done in a timely manner. In a world where so many tradies can be unreliable, it was refreshing to have a pain free experience. We recently had work completed with Impact and I couldn’t be happier with the service. James and Tallin were exceptional from start to finish. They were professional, friendly and accommodating, taking the time to answer our questions and making sure everything was completed to a very high standard. They also cleaned up thoroughly before they left, which was greatly appreciated. What really stood out was how thoughtful they were with our three dogs. Very positive experience...turned up when they said....kept informed ... helpful, pleasant staff....site left clean and tidy...only evidence was a new power pole.

The battery operated fire alarms required replacing. Was not aware the alarms had hard wiring which had been taped up inside the ceiling. Wiring was restored and everything tested to ensure all alarms working. James was extremely professional, so friendly and cleaned after his work too. Communication as to when James was en route was very helpful as was Megan who booked the job for us. Very happy overall.
