If you want to be confused, mislead, want to receive your product 2 months after noted delivery date, if you want to deal with a company who doesn't care for customer service go see Dave Bauer at Impact. We were mailed 2 rounds of brochures much later than the expected delivery date. The first round was missing all of our artwork inside the brochure. The second round? Terrible customer service, highly un-recommended – Yes they had great prices, but it was never worth the pain that I went through trying to get my labels. First they were shipped to the wrong place, and instead of doing the logical right thing and reprinting and reshipping them to me, they waited and waited never telling me what was going on.
