Never been here but just by a phone call 10/10 customer service!
Worst experience … needed an injector replaced, The threads for cylinder eight injector pulled out of the threads in the head, damaging it. IDP tried to do a quick fix and fill the screw in with with a helix coil, The truck ran less than one hour and it blew out. After $3400 bill and a quote to repair the truck at $11,000 by Another company IDP refused to take responsibility for this. Took my 2014 ford f350 in to impact. Worse experience of my life. My running truck left on a tow truck. They tried hitting me up for a 17k dollar fuel system bill. Truck died on test drive after they replaced manifolds. I took to another shop cause they were being greasy. Cost me a tow bill from Saskatoon to Regina.the fuel system works like it should they did something to engine not sure what. They've done 90% of the work to my 01 cummins. So far, I'm very happy how things have went from $200 fixes right to $11,000 worth of work! IDP is our go-to for our personal and business trucks.
