The final result (glass sign, etched, 60"x18") is completely satisfactory, but it felt like pulling teeth to get someone to communicate clearly with us during the production. While they did not ever guarantee a completion date, the estimate at the beginning was 4 weeks for production after payment was received. Ultimately it took 9 weeks for the sign to be shipped. I have been ordering plaques from Impact Signs for the past 3 months--my municipality is building a park and we are dedicating benches, trees, and other park elements. I couldn't be happier working with Impact Signs on this project! Turab, my customer service rep, has been so communicative and has guided me through what would otherwise be a daunting undertaking. I commissioned Impact Signs to make a memorial bronze plaque for a park bench installation and the experience was fantastic. Professional communication from Turab and his team. Their layout was very well done. Upon receipt and approval of proof, delivery was quick and well packaged. And most importantly, the plaque looks great. Smooth project from beginning to end.
