Kudos to Bill at impact! He was very patient in answering my Calls and questions regarding a repair. First impression, you can see the business is well run and professional with clean, neat and well kept property both inside the building and out. Staff was quick, efficient, and did an amazing job! Bill didn’t have to, but he did this repair without charge! How many businesses do that?! I greatly appreciate Impact Collision!!!

Bill will quickly assess what needs to be done. He can get you in for your service promptly and back out on the road quickly. His high rating is well deserved and his cost is quite reasonable. Personally I'd go here vs anywhere else just for the quality of work.

As a young man back in Michigan I worked in an auto body repair shop and I have to say I’ve experienced a lot of extremely difficult repairs. Impact Collision Shop knocked it out of the ballpark.
