RecommendedWhen I moved to Portland it took me forever to find an amazing mechanic. After multiple visits to a couple of shops I stumbled on impact. Impact is a great group of folks. Brad is very knowledgeable and an honest mechanic. I would recommend their services to anyone! Give them a shot!!!

had a ecu issue with my Chevy it was passed closing hrs and I sent a message through Facebook to impact auto got back to me in minutes we booked a appointment to have my truck looked at and I'm happy to say I was the first person to have there vehicle on there big fancy computer !! and even gave me a tour around the shop very friendly. dropped my truck off I got a call about 2 hrs later to come pick it up ! great experience

They were up front about all the possible scenarios when quoting the cost for the repairs I needed and they worked with me when it was the worst case scenario. AND they washed my car!! I would highly recommend!
