I bought a vehicle from Impact Auto LLC in late 2025. I have regretted it since. It cost me over $5000 in repairs and still spending. They pull all the tricks of a shady car dealer. Use caution. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

Awesome family business. Was a weekend and his whole family was there so they could have a family meal together. Nice to see a family business that actually cares about family. Had a wonderful experience. They were all super nice and made me feel welcomed. Great deal on my car. Easy and quick financing and buying. Will be a returning customer.
Dealer goes back on their word and hides serious issues with their cars. Been waiting a month for them to order a starter, and been told they would call me back. Not once have they called me, and now they are not even picking up my calls. They do not care about you as long as they make a quick buck.
