bad customer service
Although prices / miles are good. I bought a car from there around a month ago. After 3 days we found out the breaks were bad, and tires were balding from the inside. They did help fix the front breaks, but still had to purchase new tires and another set of breaks (for the rear). It is expected since it is a used car, but since we were told the car was in excellent condition no issues, it wasn’t expected to have to pay 1k more for a car that is worth 40k+. You guys gotta understand that buying used cars you’ll never know what you’ll get but possibly letting the company know your problem and possibly get u into a diffrent vehicle could also help I bought a used car and till this date thank God it’s still running just gotta check it out and try it out and run it at all power so u know of any this g is leaking it will start to come out that’s how my dad taught me if u getting a car run it in freeway and if ot start something g it will start to leak and show u right away thank God... read more
