0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 0.5 Star : Repair Quality Dashboard rattles now, car veers when braking, repairs took forever 0.5 Star : Customer Service Was called and told my car would be ready by a certain date, and that they'd call to follow up. They never called, and I had to call several times to get an answer, and the car wasn't ready for another 2 1/2 weeks after that initial date. Then when I finally went to pickup the car I was told it would be ready at 2 and it wasn't ready until 3:30.

The part they say has been ordered, yet i have not heard back from them as to when they will complete the work. Meanwhile while driving the bumper shakes and rattles at freeway speeds as the supports underneath were not fixed when i picked up the vehicle. Please give me a call. *** *** **** 2.5 Star : Customer Service Again work is not complete yet.
