I wish I could give Impact Auto and Body / Sammy negative stars. After 3 weeks (on what should have been a 3 or 4 DAY job of replacing front bumper and refinishing the rear bumper on my 2014 Mercedes E350 Coupe) I demanded my car back only to find: 1. Runs, no wait, GLOBS, everywhere in the new paintwork/clearcoat 2. Over spray on every panel of my car INCLUDING glass 3. Do not use this shop, they have no idea what they are doing. They will ruin your vehicle. Ours looked better before they painted it. They make promises that they have no intentions of fulfilling. Do not be taken in by there lies. If you let them do any paint or body work you will just have to have it redone by someone else!!!!
