I had emailed them asking about their hours and prices and received a response days later with an answer that didn't make sense at all. So I asked a question for clarity and got a rude response. I was looking to book here but they definitely lost an interested client. Keep at it and your business will eventually close. Update: Wow what a joke! When I called to cancel my membership the guy at the desk answered but didn’t say anything and was just waiting for me to say something first. Like bro customer service 101 introduce yourself and ask “how may I help you”. Pretty simple if you ask me
