Drivers if you are dropping off loads be sure to drive to the back passing the main gates *South Gates* The front loading docks is not available for employees to help to be unloaded. Everything is done on the back unless your directed, otherwise you be waiting for no one to unload. It's best to be there before 3pm. Main gates will close at 6pm. Literal toxic work environment and metaphoric. There's spilled ink chemicals everywhere, machines are a hazard to work as chains and moving parts are very worn out. Open blasting of cleaning chemicals and no climate control or exhaust ducts to circulate the air. The roof of the building is at critical condition that leaks onto these high voltage equipments. Toxic work environment: Don't get sick or ill while working here. They will fire you for that! Even with a doctors note are unexcused. Impact is asking for a lawsuit. *Lets all pretend that covid and mental heath days never happened.* Employees are schedule to work 10 hours even if they are signed up to work 8 hours only. They said its not mandatory but then you decide not to do 10 hours you get a verbal to written notice to failure to comply. Also please stop suggesting employees to work OT if company cant pay wages for OT
