Tabby an Taylor are top of the line the best employee's of that place!! I would give them 5 stars without a doubt!! They aren't in it just for a pay check,they genuinely care for your child/family, and go above and beyond for your kiddos. I gave 2 stars for reasons beyond there control. I give 2 stars because I didn't agree with or like how we were "transitioned" by the owner and felt an feel like she picks n chooses who she wants to help. Love this place so much. Our little one has been there since the beginning of his journey and has connected with a lot of the therapists there. The management and staff are great! We feel so connected to staff and feel as if they're a part of our family. Our little one comes in with a smile on his face and gets excited to go to therapy every day.
When your child is excited to go to therapy, you know something is right and you know he's in good hands! Absolutely amazing and caring staff that go above and beyond. Could not be happier with our decision to choose Impact for our son's therapy!
Love, love, love IMPACT they have been making great strides in my daughter's day to day life goals. She really is blooming in her day to day life and I have seen great improvement in her school work as well. I would give this center more stars if I could they are #1 in our family's heart. I highly recommend them to anyone that are looking for ABA therapy and preparing your child to excel and exceed in life.
