This place is joke. When the alarm at our business started beeping and we called Support, first we were treated horribly by the field supervisor, who would not send anyone out unless I agreed to pay $400 for them to come see why it seemed to be malfunctioning. We dealt with constant beeping for hours until it finally stopped, the next day, it started beeping again.
