Thank You IMPAC – Cathleen from IMPAC has gone above and beyond what is expected of a property manager. I have received emails from her with times and dates stamped on them from as early as 6 a.m. on a Saturday! No other property manager from any company employed through us has ever shown this kind of dedication.
Incompetence and Lack of Integrity - BEWARE – We have had one year of mismanagement, incompetence, and lack of responsiveness from this company. Impac breached their contract with this association from the very beginning of their term. They do not spend the amount of time at the complex the contract calls for. Charges for services have been higher than agreed to in the contract. Contractors are not paid in a timely manner. Calls from unit onwers for service are either ignored or not returned. Horrible & corrupt management – The service we at Millpointe have been getting from our management company, Impac & their/our onsite property manager, Donna M. Donna has friends & family in this community & if you aren't one of them then you dont get much assistance from our management company. Donna has comitted fraud to protect her family members so the damage they caused could wrongfull be blamed on another unit owner.
