The staff went through the trouble of getting me get the best possible rate for financing a new bike, which was lower than rates I was initially offered. Justin takes the time to lay out and help plan payments in alignment with what's going to benefit your overall credit and resale value of the bike for future considerations. Kobe was a big help in looking for the model and color I was looking for as well as the set up for all the paperwork. Shoutout to both of these Gentlemen.
I have a Polaris Slingshot that is under factory warranty. A claim was approved to replace my radio. 3 months has went by and the dealer nor customer service can get me an answer as to when and where it is. I cannot use the Slingshot without, I cannot sell the slingshot and I cannot rent out the slingshot. I am currently paying for a Slingshot that cannot be used. I recommend this dealership to anyone.The parts guy Alex Mujkic is outstanding. I bought a part from them and was in a sealed box and there was a issue of missing items. Alex went above and be on anything expected to get the issue fixed. This is a great shop with awesome customer service. I would recommend them to any one Mike Loch
