Do yourself a favor and find another realtor. Latondra Bonds will pretend she is so helpful when you first deal with her. She's a liar and sneaky! Doesn't keep her word. I sent her a zelle and she said she would Send me a receipt and never did. She doesn't answer her phone or return calls until weeks later. Disgusting!
