Plan ahead, sometimes things are going on that people from out of town have no idea about, until your there.
Lake of the Ozark's has been on my top three yearly must visit lakes. I have been going to the Shootout for close to 15 years and the lake, the resorts, night life are amazing. Most of all the people who live and visit Lake of the Ozark's are the most friendly and down to earth group of people you could imagine. If you haven't been you definitely need to. Pizza was awesome!! We were visiting from Wisconsin and hadn't heard anything about this place good or bad, so we decided to give it a try and we were pleasantly surprised!! YUMMY!!
