Very dissatisfied with iMortgage's level of service throughout the experience of purchasing my first home. My "loan consultant" was 1) difficult to get in touch with, and 2) always rushing me to get docs. to him (which he misfiles, apparently). If you finally DO get in touch with him, he will tell you he needs an answer on something immediately. Excuses left and right...
