Jim and his team were incredibly fast and helpful in getting our garage door fixed! Couldn't be happier! His knowledge and understanding left us with a more reliable setup than we had previously. I called around 8:30 am on a Monday. Broken spring and broken opener. They had a temporary fix on the spring by noon. Opener was replaced the next day. New springs put in the next week.

I've called Immy's three times in the past year and the service was five stars each time. Our opener was at least 25 years old and was on its way out, so they recommended a replacement and installed quickly that same week.
