Sunday morning the garage door opener just hummed for a few seconds and wouldn't open the door. Then I noticed that one of the springs was broken. Time to call in a professional. Monday morning I called Immy's at 8am and explained the problem. Chris arrived at 10:30am. Great work for both service and installation!
Under-promise and over-deliver ought to be the motto for this surprisingly rapid response business. Immy’s three major Madison, WI area garage door competitors had better pray that this compact father/daughter + 1 assistant team does not think to ever scale up their operation. If they do, the others will be out of business in short order. The only thing the Immy’s crew lacks are capes. With regard to quoted price, final installed product, and efficiency, this was the best home service I’ve experienced in decades.
Called Tuesday evening and they were at my house Wednesday morning. Offered a couple different solutions at various price points and got the job done. Super easy to work with, honest and high quality work.
This company rocks! Wonderful people, amazing work and extremely reasonable pricing. I highly recommend.
