I called around 8:30 am on a Monday. Broken spring and broken opener. They had a temporary fix on the spring by noon. Opener was replaced the next day. New springs put in the next week.

I've called Immy's three times in the past year and the service was five stars each time. Our opener was at least 25 years old and was on its way out, so they recommended a replacement and installed quickly that same week. Sunday morning the garage door opener just hummed for a few seconds and wouldn't open the door. Then I noticed that one of the springs was broken. Time to call in a professional. Monday morning I called Immy's at 8am and explained the problem. Chris arrived at 10:30am.
