I have been donating a long time. Never had a problem. I understand there is alot more donors but when I requested who I usually get stuck by the girl Michelle who was going to stick me was very rude and had alot of adittude and talking smack about me when I left since my husband donates with me. Very unprofessional and very upsetting I won't be going back for a while.
I would like to give a big Thank you to Tina, she saved my life. Unfortunately I am one of them rare people who can't donate plasma. I blacked out and my blood pressure got low .And she stayed by myside the whole time. She made me feel so safe through this experience of not feeling good. I thank God you were there for me.
Great Customer service each time I donate. Very sweet.
