Slow and skips people and always talking to other people not who they need to help never answer the phones not helpful at all
Worse place every we new there we Got check then had to My husband was told he was clean because he didn’t have his teeth a long time and they bother him. Horrible service, very unprofessional. Do not waste your time with them. I stood in the "new donor" line for 30 minutes and It seems as if I were invisible because none of the employees acknowledged me standing there. I went home and called them. I asked the lady on the phone what time do they stop taking new donors and her answer was 5pm. I arrived back up there at 4 pm and suddenly the lady said that they weren't taking anymore new donors today. As I was leaving another guy walked in and she asked him was he a new donor. So far I've donated 18 times. No real problems, I've seen reviews about this place being rude and being too rough but, I've had pleasant experiences everytime. The staff is friendly as long as you're not rude. Lots of donaters are rude to the staff. This is a new review, since the blonde woman took over this place has bombed. They pay less, the wait is longer, Saturday is their busiest day and they run a skeleton crew. I like most of the staff but this place needs new management asap.
Encountered an issue with being express. Jessica the manager told me "just because you didnt get to pass as many people as you wanted." She is rude and I can tell you I will be looking for another plasma donation facility.
