The staff is amazing. Kendra, Kristi, Maddy, Laura, Dallas, and Amber are fantastic. The pay is lower than average but the staff are great.
They always give my old lady a hard time they never answer their phones ever but if you go inside to donate they would gladly ignore you over their own conversations and the phone then by God they also are short staffed always and always busy when your there but never know how to answer the phone for a simple question they also pay poorly as well 30 dollars for the first donation of the week is a disgrace this is our life fluid we are giving away its worth more then 30 dollars way more the only good thing about this place is... read more
Went for a 5th visit which put me eligible for a hinus. Couldn't log in and had to see a staff member. Was told I had to give another blood sample and wait 7 to 10 days which would cancel any bonuses I was to receive. Seems to be an issue as there's multiple reviews with them avoiding paying out the bonuses. Seems to find whatever reason to keep from paying what they say they will for the bonuses. Nice staff but this last time very displeased. Came here 4xs and last time they hurt my arm when the lady put the needle in. About half way it begin to bleed around the needle and swelled my vein up where the bmneedle was injected. I raised my hand and asked for help. They responded they would help in a little bit. There was two ladies working with a couple patients at the time. I waited then asked again for some help and one lady came to see she then asked for another staff ladies help.
