You have to give your SSN in order to donate. As I was watching the mandatory video I was told that my SSN didn't match my name. I asked what I could do. I was told that I couldn't donate (despite drive almost an hour to get there: it was the closest center) unless I went home to get my SSN card. Obviously, with how long the start-up paperwork/orientation takes and with it being 2 to 2 1/2 hrs long, I woudn't have the time. Worst place stuck both my arms and only giving me 10 dollars meanwhile these people are talking while putting the tubes in the machine and sis something to it cause there was no flow crazy I won’t be coming back

Sitting in waiting room with music blasting, staff dancing, only one or two workers in the morning before 10 am .., I understand the music is good it’s the 80s music but need some professionalism , Plus waiting for my daughter to finish donating and was kicked out of waiting room even though the staff said it was ok, Mr manager all of a sudden had a problem, Why can’t you be like CSL. and have a separate waiting room for people waiting for anything?
